Returns & Refunds policy

At Gradina, each item is thoughtfully prepared, and many of our products are handmade, natural, or customized. As such, we maintain a strict returns and refunds policy.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations:

You are entitled to request cancellation of your order within 2 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by providing a clear written statement via email.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• The item must be returned in resaleable condition

The following goods strictly cannot be returned:

• Customised or personalised items (including memory products, customised gifts, or made-to-order items)

• Natural, scented, or consumable products once unsealed (including scented pouches, candles, lip balms, oils, refills)

• Items that deteriorate, expire, or are affected by heat, time, or environmental conditions

• Items returned with signs of use, damage, or tampering

• Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:

If a return is approved all return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer. The customer assumes full responsibility and risk for the return shipment. Gradina is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Refunds will not be processed without confirmed receipt of the returned item.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued only for the product price. Original shipping fees, handling fees, packaging fees, and customization fees are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method. No additional fees will be reimbursed.

Gifts:

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit equal to the product value may be issued upon approved return

If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser only. Shipping and customization charges remain non-refundable.
